Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Snwan products. We always strive to provide the best quality and service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

Manufacturing Defects:

• If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the store will bear all shipping costs.
• The customer must inform the store of the issue within 3 days of receipt.
• If the notification is made after this period, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

• The customer must inform the store of their wish to return the product within 3 days of receipt.
• If the customer wants to return the product simply due to a change of preference, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost, plus an administrative fee of 45.
• The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

Size Exchange:

• If the customer orders an unsuitable size, they may exchange it within 3 days of receipt, subject to additional shipping/delivery charges.
• Shipping fees are 70 within Saudi Arabia.
• Note: The size exchange may be declined if the desired size is not available. Only one exchange is permitted.

Sale & Discount Periods:

• The return and exchange policy does not apply to products purchased during sales or discount periods.
• All sales made during promotions or discounts are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

• If the return/exchange period outlined above has expired.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with the fabric type (the store is not responsible if the customer was not familiar with the fabrics described in the product details beforehand).
• Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer may trim them with scissors, not by pulling the thread).
• If the abaya has been altered by the customer.
• If the store discovers that the customer has modified the abaya, the return/exchange request will be canceled.
• If a defect appears due to misuse or improper washing of the abaya. Washing instructions are as follows:

At professional laundries:

1. Dry clean only
2. Steam press

For hand washing at home:

1. Submerge the abaya in water
2. Use a shampoo specifically designed for abayas
3. Avoid rubbing and wringing
4. Dry the abaya in the shade, away from direct sunlight
5. Steam press
