الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالفرصة الأخيرة
هذه الشروط تخص قطع «الفرصة الأخيرة» وحدها، وتُكمّل سياسة المتجر العامة. شراؤك من القسم يعني اطلاعك عليها وموافقتك.
١ — ما هي قطع الفرصة الأخيرة
قطع من مواسم سابقة كاملة الجودة، أو قطع لم تجتز فحص الجودة النهائي لعيبٍ مصنعي طفيف لا يؤثر على الشكل النهائي عند اللبس.
٢ — الإفصاح عن الحالة
حالة كل قطعة مذكورة حرفيًا في صفحتها («موسم سابق» أو وصف العيب الطفيف بدقة، مع صورة قريبة له إن وجد). السعر الرمزي مقابل هذه الحالة المعلنة.
٣ — الاستبدال والاسترجاع
قطع الفرصة الأخيرة غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، لأن حالتها ومقاسها وسعرها معلنة بوضوح قبل الشراء. يُستثنى من ذلك فقط وصول قطعة مختلفة عن الموصوف أو بعيب غير مذكور في صفحتها — فنعالجه على حسابنا كاملًا دون أي رسوم.
٤ — المقاسات
مقاسات القسم جاهزة وثابتة كما هي معلنة في صفحة كل قطعة — لا تفصيل عليها ولا تعديل طول ولا مرور على فريق القياس. الكميات محدودة (غالبًا قطعة واحدة بمقاس واحد) — والقطعة المباعة لا يُعاد توفيرها.
٥ — العروض والخصومات
أسعار القسم نهائية ولا تجتمع مع أكواد خصم أو عروض أخرى.
Last Chance
Terms and conditions for Last Chance
These terms apply only to Last Chance pieces and supplement the store’s general policy. Purchasing from this section means you have read and agreed to them.
1 — What are Last Chance pieces?
Full-quality pieces from previous seasons, or pieces that did not pass the final quality inspection due to a minor manufacturing defect that does not affect their appearance when worn.
2 — Disclosure of condition
Each piece’s condition is stated explicitly on its page (“previous season” or an accurate description of the minor defect, with a close-up photo if applicable). The nominal price reflects this disclosed condition.
3 — Exchanges and returns
Last Chance pieces cannot be exchanged or returned because their condition, size and price are clearly stated before purchase. The only exceptions are receiving a piece that differs from its description or has a defect not disclosed on its page — we will resolve this entirely at our expense, with no fees.
4 — Sizes
Sizes in this section are ready-made and fixed as listed on each piece’s page — no custom tailoring, length alterations or fit-team review. Quantities are limited (often one piece in one size), and sold pieces will not be restocked.
5 — Offers and discounts
Prices in this section are final and cannot be combined with discount codes or other offers.
